River-Rafting

We also offer river-rafting on the Talachulitna River.
The upper half of the 40 mile long river flows relatively quietly. Then there are nice pools for Rainbow Trout and Artic Grayling fishing.
In the lower half, things get a bit more lively. Mid-sized whitewater rapids alternate with long pools. All Pacific Salmon breeds ascend this river (see Talachulitna River).
Its neighboring streams such as Friday Creek, Thursday Creek, Deep Creek etc. are an absolute dream to fish for Artic Grayling Rainbow Trout fishing on Talachulitna River is only catch and release!
As the rafting is not guided, only sportive or experienced people are suited. We have top rafting material: 14 ft. long rubber raft (with frame), oars, cooler, camping equipment, tents, tarps, cooking equipment, etc. with food and drinks.
