The daily fishing excursions are guided. We have hired native guides with years of experience for the entire season (all of them possess a boat-driver's license).
We fish from boats or from the shore, depending on the season and type of fish. In the evening, the catch is filleted, packed and frozen.
Two to three times a week we fly the fillets to the smokehouse in Anchorage, where they can be smoked and vacuum-packed for our guests to take home.
By the way, we also practice "catch and release".
